CERTIFICATION DOCUMENT - AN OVERVIEW

I have an issue. My cousins And that i got a document To permit our aunt POA for your sale of a land in Phillippines. We each (5) we’re told to own it notarized independently . Which is not a dilemma. My query is due to the fact we need it for being Apostille ., will we want five Apostilles or simply 1 .Mail documents for signing by way of SMS. B
